All sales are final — we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Please double-check your design, size, and personalization details before submitting your order. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, contact us at purposelymadekreations@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can review the issue.
