Due to the custom nature of these stoles, we cannot offer refunds once an order is placed. We’re dedicated to ensuring your utmost satisfaction, so once we receive your personalization details, we will email you a proof of the design. This gives you the opportunity to review and approve it before printing. After your approval, please allow 5-7 days for the printing and shipping process.
